English is the controlling version. Safety steps live on [Safety](/safety).
Nash Hat is a city guide first. People features are an extra you turn on. These guidelines cover photos, prompts, posts, and how we handle a report.
Be an adult in the room
Tell the truth about age. Company and Friends are 18 and older. Dating is 21 and older. Do not impersonate someone else. Do not use the service to sell tickets, push a guest list, or run a side business in the feed.
Do not harass, threaten, or pile on. Do not send sexual content without a clear yes. Do not share another person's private information.
Photos and posts
Upload photos of you, or photos you have the right to share. Keep the clothes on. Do not upload sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. We treat that as child sexual abuse material, preserve what we need, and report it.
Out-this-week posts belong at a real, public room. Do not use a post to bait a private meet.
How moderation works
A person can hide, block, or report. We review reports about people, photos, prompts, and messages. We may hide a profile, remove a post, close Dating, or close the account. We may keep records needed for safety or law.
We do not promise to explain the outcome to everyone involved. Repeat reports from the same person do not raise a score. A Verified mark can stay after we close Dating if the identity row is still true.
Appeals
If we close or limit your account and you think that was a mistake, write hello@martori.studio. We may ask you to sign in from the same email.
