Who can use Nash Hat

You can read the guide without an account. Accounts and people features are for people 18 and older. Company and Friends are 18 and older. Dating is 21 and older and needs an identity check.

We do not create accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

Accounts

Signing in is optional for the guide. You can use an email link or Google. You choose whether this browser's saves and plans connect to the account.

You are responsible for the account you open. Keep the email or phone you use to sign in in your control. Tell us at hello@martori.studio if you think someone else is using it.

The guide is not a booking

Nash Hat does not sell tickets, hold tables, or guarantee admission. Saving a place, building a plan, or exporting a calendar entry does not reserve anything. Purchases on other sites are between you and that seller.

Confirm hours, prices, access, and the bill with the room. Listings can change. A source check date describes our review, not a promise that the room is open tonight.

Hatch

Hatch is a writing aid over Nash Hat's sourced listings and dated shows. Answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Use the linked source before you go. Hatch cannot book, buy, or call a room for you.

Some questions get a fixed reply with no model: tonight's bill, weather, road reports, and any message about being unsafe, which leads with 988 and 911.

People, meetups, and risk

Company, Friends, and Dating stay off until you turn them on. Meet in a public, staffed room. Get yourself there and back. Leave when you want.

NASH HAT DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS OF ITS MEMBERS. An ID check confirms age and that you are the person on the ID. It is not a criminal background screening. A Verified mark means an identity check passed at the time we recorded it. It is not a character reference or a promise that a person is safe to meet. You meet at your own risk.

Conduct and user content

Do not harass, impersonate, scam, or send sexual content without consent. Do not upload sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. Do not share another person's private information without permission.

You keep the rights in photos, prompts, and posts you add. You grant SanctuaryApp, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as Nash Hat a limited license to host, display, and moderate that content so the service can run. We can remove content that breaks these terms or the Community guidelines.

Termination

You can delete your account in Your Nash Hat. We can hide, limit, or close an account that breaks these terms, fails an age check, or puts other people at risk. We may keep records needed for safety or law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nash Hat is provided as available, without guarantees of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for court claims that are not sent to arbitration is the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. The new effective date and last-updated date will appear at the top of this page.
